[cp-patches] FYI: GdkGraphics2D build fix.

Whoops, the removal of GdkOffScreenImage in my previous patch broke the
build. Apparently GdkGraphics2D still uses this.

I commented this out for the moment. I'll fix it properly ASAP.

Also, I added some more comments to GtkImageConsumer, as per Fitzsim's
request.
