libart tarball

For those who may want to build dia from source, you will need the libart 2D
graphics library installed.  Conventional wisdom holds that the only way to get
this library is to check it out from GNOME CVS.  However, after some research,
I've tracked down a tarball at
http://www.artofcode.com/libart/libart-2.3.3.tar.gz

Brian, I'm copying this e-mail to the ClassPath list as the GTK-based AWT
implementation also requires libart.
