Javadoc translations.

Stumbling upon a post[1] where the first thing the poster says is " I do 
English not well so please don't laugh at me." made me think that javadoc 
translations are something that would be a VERY good idea.

Anyone here that knows of such efforts? Is it possible in the current 
workflow?
If a nice workflow is established; posts to sites like: 
http://www.portaljava.com.br/home/index.php asking them to translate our 
already existing javadoc would be a next step.
