[Classpathx-discuss] Developer only files

I've added a module to the CVS for dumping developer only files, for
example: files common to all projects but not needed in the
distributions for each project.

At the moment the module contains only the template files for
Classpathx source code. Use these files if you can... don't worry
about being burned at the stake if you can't.

You can reach the files without having to check out the module here:

Feel free to suggest changes to the templates or to add files to the
module. If you add a file to the module please explain it's use in the
module's README file.
