[Classpathx-javamail] state of play

as you may or may not have noticed, a small set of test cases has made
its way into the javamail cvs. these are based on junit, and rely on a
little configuration before they're run - see the README file in the
test subdirectory.

at the moment everything from session down to folder level is tested,
both read-only and read-write except for the nntp provider which is
read-only.

we could probably incorporate some message tests too if anyone is
interested and has the time.

currently the test suite works with javamail having been compiled with:

- blackdown javac 1.3 and up
- jikes
- gcj 3.3

it will run successfully with blackdown java but not with gij, 3.3 or
otherwise.
