So for example:
smtps://address@hidden:address@hidden/
imaps://edward:address@hidden/prism/
mbox:///var/spool/mail/neelie
The various network protocols all have an additional scheme with "s"
appended which changes the default port and starts SSL immediately, just
as with http/https.
