[Classpathx-xml] What is the status of gnujaxp?

I saw that there are xml api in the current classpath release. I
suppose this is the one of gnujaxp (AElfred, etc...)?

Are these classes the same? When a patch is applied, Is the patch
apply on classpath AND on gnujaxp?
