[Codeboost-dev] Parsetree inconsistencies

Hi.

Doing codeboost -P foo.C doesn't give me the same tree as making a
strategy with doit = debug. Is this deliberate ?

I noticed in particular that some template terms are rewritten later on in
the pipeline stages.
