Log message:
        CVS GNU M4 doesn't like `undefine(undefined)'.
        * bin/autoupdate.in (&handle_m4_macros, &handle_autoconf_macros):
        New, extracted from main.
        Use IO::File wherever possible.
        (input.m4): Be constant, use -I instead of hard coding $tmp.
        Therefore be a quoted heredoc.
        Don't invoke `_au_disable', since ac was not loaded, but just
        `unm4.m4'.
