Log message:
        * src/bison.simple (YYPOINTER): New macro.
        (YYSTACK_RELOCATE): Use it to avoid a GCC warning.
        (yystpcpy): Use prototype if __STDC__ is defined, not just
        if __cplusplus is defined.
