Log message:
        Something that msgmerge should do but i wasn't enough clever to force it
        to.
        The script takes one some years ago translated .po file, compares it
        with recently generated empty .po file and produces result - leaving the
        same lines intact and clearly showing what translations have been
        changes/added/removed - as a .po file.
