    Follow-up to fa6c711d
    
    * vm/vm_object.c (DEVICE_IO_MAP_SIZE): Increase to 16MiB.
    * kern/kalloc.c (kalloc_map_size): Increase to 64MiB.
    * i386/intel/pmap.c (morevm): Increase to 128MiB.
