    Document how to offset the kernel to get better debugging
    
    * i386/i386/vm_param.h (VM_MIN_KERNEL_ADDRESS): Document that it can be
    changed, but _START has to be offset too.
    (INIT_VM_MIN_KERNEL_ADDRESS): Document that it should remain 0.
