    Fix linking glibc 2.25 tests
    
    * Makeconfig [($(subdir) == malloc] (LDLIBS-tst-interpose-static-thread): 
Add
    -lihash.
    [($(subdir) == elf] (LDLIBS-tst-linkall-static): Add -lihash.
