[PATCH]C-SKY: * config.sub (csky-*): Recognise.

While upstreaming the C-SKY port patch for glibc. I were suggested to
submit the config patch here. This patch include support for C-SKY
CPU recognization. More information about us is on http://en.c-sky.com/.
