A new program is not terribly disruptive, but adding it just
before a release is a little risky. What if a behavior change
is required, or a bug fix...

In normal times, I'd want to wait at least two weeks between an initial
post and a stable release. However, with holidays, and this being such
a small new program, one week should be enough. I wasn't planning to
release before January.

Ok. I'm game.
