Summary:  Bot's in Clustermode

Original Submission:  having the same bot(botname) in 2 hubs results in having 
the bot twice in userlist.
Viewable with e.g.dcgui0.2.5 for users.
Other clients such as nmdc or dc++ don't show the second one. DCTC/DC_GUI not 
tested...
