No AUTOSTART installed because we don't have any plugins to start :-)



*.c, *.h and Makefile.dist are installed to the plugin-dir so you can write 
your own plugins directly from the plugin-dir (you don't need to have dchub 
sources).

instead all *.c and *.h files are installed to the plugin-dir



why is the Makefile.dist installed as well and renamed to Makefile ?
