I changed the logging funktion inside the bot using it's own logfile and now it 
works with the fflush. But without the own logfile all log-output is getting 
dropped.

Summary:  logging problem

Original Submission:  when logging to a file the bot-output is written to the 
logfile only when I close the bot or the hub itself

I tried to create a logfile for the bot itself, but received the same problem - 
any ideas ?



I've just tested it on a test-hub but this may have strange results if the 
output is getting bigger.

with a fflush I'm clearing the buffer and everything gets lost

Have you tried to force a buffer flush (flush or fflush on the file descriptor 
where the data were written) ?
