Summary: -ban banlist entry is removed when using -kick

Original Submission: when using the command combination of -ban and -kick for
an user, the -kick command overwrites the prior banlist-entry

modified so -kick is just disconnecting and splitted $Kick to process -ban and
-kick using the KICKTEMPBAN value

the dots inside the -ban message for this patch are not needed - just causing
another useless message

...the line

temp_ban*=60;

has to be removed from the patch - this is done by the ban-command itself ;)
