[Dctc-general] ssl MD4 function error!

Hi people , i downloaded the dctc sources version 0.85-4 and when i run the
autogen.sh one error happens:

checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking GCC version... 3.2.2
checking for MD4 in -lssl... no
checking for MD4 in -lcrypto... no
configure: error: Cannot find MD4 functions in SSL and crypto library

I have openssl-0.9.7a-5 installed and i use RedHat 9.0 default instalation.

What will i need to do to continue the instalation?
