[Dctc-general] Cannot download with 0.85.5/0.76

Version: 0.85.5-1

Debian unstable. Recently upgraded dctc and dcgui from 0.85.2 and 0.73. 
Suddenly I cannot download. It just says Waiting. Uploads still work.
I verified that this is specific to 0.85.5/0.76 by downgrading to the 
old packages. Suddenly I could download.
I'm not sure that this is a dctc/dcgui problem, or a Debian package 
problem, as I've seen no reports about it on the official forum 
(http://brainz.servebeer.com/phpBB2/index.php).

These were not continued transfers, but completely new GDLs.

Using Active connection, with real IP set. I am not behind a 
firewall/masquerade box.

Please tell me what more information to include
