Looks to me more like a display problem within your shell/system. On Solaris
with X11R6 you can invoke "xhost +" from a local shell (i.e. running on your
host) to allow every client to have access to your display. Or read the "man
xhost" page for further details. Anyway, it´s hardly a ddd problem in my
opinion, rather X.
