Problem installing DDD

Hi NG, I'm new to this NG (I'm also new to DDD) and I've problems installing it.
I work with a NT4.0 PC; I installed Cygwin  and then tried with

        make -f Makefile.bin install

It begins to compile and then suddenly I receive the following error message:

Does someone have any idea to solve this problem? Thanks!
