Getting LineInfo from perldb to go to ddd by default? |

Hello all!
I recently installed ddd to use with the perl
debugger. Overall it has been an incredable tool for
helping me learn more about data structures in perl.
I am having one minor problem though and I cannot find
the answer anywhere. I apologize if the answer is out
there and I am repeating a newbie question because I
missed it.
I read in the perldb documentation that you should be
able to change the LineInfo option in the perldb to "
|ddd" to get the line information to pipe to the
perldb. Unfortunatly when I try this, any command I
send with ddd launches a new ddd process. I was able
to get it working with /dev/pty# set to the pty of ddd
but becuase the pty# changes I always have to go reset
this option to get the command line output to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Davin Flatten
