Problem while installing DDD-3.3.1

Hi,

I have installed gmake and then gcc and gdb successfully.
But i am facing problem, while installing ddd-3.3.1.

configure worked fine, but make is giving following problem:

c++ -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I/load_space3/amit/GNU/ddd-3.3.1/ddd -I.
-I/load_space3/amit/GNU/ddd-3.3.1/ddd/..     -DNDEBUG -O2  -W -Wall
-trigraphs  -c /load_space3/amit/GNU/ddd-3.3.1/ddd/SourceView.C
as: error 7108: The value 0x410d8 did not fit into a signed 19 bit field at
offset 0x7ff4 (op code - BL) (7108)
make[1]: *** [SourceView.o] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/load_space3/amit/GNU/objdir/ddd'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
pluto:/load_space3/amit/GNU/objdir 189 ]


I am compiling this on HP-UX 10.20.

Is this i configuration problem, or do i need to install any other
gnu product to make this successfull.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
