some comments on packaging of ddd

I just got ddd 3.3.9 from ftp.gnu.org
and made it (and I'm going to learn it -- I've been using
gdb for over 15 years).

Why don't you segregate the texinfo (and .txt) files into the
doc directory -- I just did a mkid on the source and it found the txt
files...

Also, the README talks about a BUGS file, there's no BUGS file
in the distro.
