Summary: Makefile can now compile programs in bytecode

* Modified makefile to add compilation of programs in bytecode (same
  program name with suffix .bc).

  Currently, compilation of lablgtk-clnt is disabled in bytecode because
  lablgtk library files are missing in bytecode version (bug report
  submitted to debian).

* Fixed a bug in makefile where OCAMLCFLAGS was used instead of
  OCAMLCOPTFLAGS. 

* Autotests in bytecode are executed with backuptrace enabled.
