Summary: Creation of srv/Id module, with autotests

* Creation of srv/Id module with its autotests. The main purpose of Id
  is to define Id.Question and Id.Tag modules that allow to manage
  identifiers for string questions and string tags. By using those
  modules, we won't mix tag and question identifiers, thanks to OCaml
  typing. First time I use OCaml functors. Great! :)
