Summary: Now longer build with builtin RPC and ocamlrpcgen
Keywords: 

* remove xdr/ directory

* Makefile: remove building of ocamlrpcgen and XDR related
  sources. Simplified building process: the two steps dependency
  building is no longer needed.

* srv/demexp-server.ml.nw
  net/network.ml.nw
  srv/work.ml.nw

  Commented code to allow compilation and running of autotests. In fact,
  most of networking code is now useless. It should be rewrote later.

* README: update it to take into account new build depencies. Add minor
  comment on lack of configure and make install.
