Summary: First RPC call between client and server.
Keywords: 

* srv/demexp-server.ml.nw and srv/Work: first RPC call between a client
  and the server. Restore dummy client behavior. Add proper code to
  cleanly shutdown the server from a client.

* Config & srv/demexp-server.ml.nw: add code to limit incoming message
  size.

* srv/Work: restore part of infrastructure to test the server.

* srv/Srvflags.log: log now print the current thread id. Further
  simplify usage of log.

* net/messages.xdr.nw: creation of methods login() and stop_server().

* Makefile: add an all: make target to build everything. Useful before a
  commit (it should be mandatory!).
