And storing timestamps is clearly more efficient from a memory and CPU
point of view.

However, the sub-element timestamps would not be available by RPC method
get_timestamps() so as to avoid getting to many data on the network. One
would need to get a question details to get the sub-element timestamps.

Would you agree?
