[Denemo-devel] Patch - Fix exception when .denemo does not exist

The attached patch fixes an exception that occurs  when .denemo does not
exist.

I note that .denemo use to be created in the function locatedotdenemo()
in 0.7.5 and the comment in the current cvs still says the it is
created, but the code to create the .denemo directory has been removed
from the function and now does not seem to be created by denemo. My
question is why was this change made?
