[Denemo-devel] Toggling Edit mode and Toggling Rest entry

I have added two toggles to the mode menu:
        1) Toggle edit mode. This takes you from your current mode to edit mode
and returns you when you choose it again.
        2) Toggle rest entry. This takes you from your current entry type (note
or blanks) to rest entry and back again.
I have assigned these to Insert and 'r' in the standard.accels as these
are then useful extensions of the previous functionalities assigned to
those keys.
I am accumulating rather a lot of patches!
