Yes. This is where they are at. I tried to create a folder in
denemo/Templates but cvs complained that that folder already existed. I
tried to upload a new folder but it would not let me because
doc/templates existed. CVS is a pain. The template installation was
dependent on the docs being built. If the docs don't build the templates
don't get installed. What I did was to edit doc/Makefile.am. I also
removed the doc/template folder and recreated it in an attempt to create
a denemo/Templates. Unfortunately it would not let me. I added the
Templates folder back into doc/templates and organized it a bit. I kind
of further breaks the docs though. Maybe I should role cvs back and do
it again only editing the doc/Makefile.am and denemo/configure.in. It
does currently install templates now systemwide. I am going to add a
function to copy it locally soon. I am just embarrassed as to how sloppy
this happened with cvs. In order to install it you need to
rerun ./autogen.sh ;./configure;make;make install. Do you think we
should roll it back? Some of the .png files were lossed in the process
and can always be reverted or re-uploaded

The were for system installation and doc building.

Its in cvs. I just reordered some files and edited doc/Makefile.am and
denemo/confugre.in. Perhaps I should roll it back and start again
because it further breaks the doc from building. I think the docs are
very obsolete.
