I've checked in a fix for this.
Haschanged now works at least as far as I can tell - there could be
routes to changing the score without triggering haschanged, please
report if you find one. I don't want to do a lot of testing as it is
anyway much improved.
Fixed a nasty coredump from an uninitialized pointer in selectops.c
