[Denemo-devel] Updated Manual

I've updated the manual to reflect the new developments. The Makefile.am
in the doc directory is not doing anything for the manual generation - I
hacked a build of denemo-manual.html from denemomanual.xml and have
checked these two in.
The manual is still fairly chaotic - the screenshots are generally
out-of-date.
In addition I've added a Print Preview button to the file menu,
eventually Print should actually Print of course.
