[Denemo-devel] Dual monitors

I've just fixed up my xorg.conf for two monitors - it makes a terrific
difference to Denemo. You can drag the window across both monitors and
select a good sized chunk of measures to Play using the midi playback.
You can even move the window along as it plays back (as long as its not
too fast and furious) looking out for problems. While doing this I
noticed that bookmarks appear not to be working (? I've never used them
before).
