[Denemo-devel] Spurious accel labels

I've fixed the spurious Ctrl-O labels, and made AddTone show the
shortcut on standard startup. This is a trick (you load a set of
accelerators which gtk is willing to use as labels) and so may disappear
with changes in gtk. We could do with an interface to accel labels.
Curiously, if I set KP_Enter as a shortcut it doesn't work. KP_Left etc
do work as well as KP_1 etc.
Can others check this on their systems - it may be the definitions of
GDK_SUPER_MASK etc...
