This has started to happen on my machine as well now, (unfortunately, my
build of a windows version is just a hack, with no version control, so I
can't easily tell what has changed). I put in a little debug output, and
it seems that the spawning process is failing even when attempting to
run the built-in command "echo"
It turns out you can check that the path is correct by running PDF
export, which does a check for the existence of your LilyPond
executable, as given in your preferences. This check is not done with
the print command (for no good reason), but the spawn fails
nevertheless.
The error message being reported is "bad argument".
More than this, I cannot say, I am pessimistic about my chances of
fixing this, as I don't know have any tools for debugging on windows.

I suspect that the set of libraries that I have upgraded to is faulty.
Not that the libraries are faulty but, more likely, the copying and
placing of them.
(They are copied in under ...program files/Denemo/... from the gtkbundle
for windows that comes from the gtk website).
I mention all this in the hope that someone listening in will rise to
the challenge of copying in the correct libraries to the correct places
and getting the thing working. And then tell us what to do!

Richard
