Yes. And to reflect the (additional) contents of these files I gave them
a .cmdsets suffix instead of .keymap.
I have put Default.cmdset and NumericKeypad.cmdset in the actions
directory (these, and the old .keymap files they derive from are still a
bit scrappy, I aim to get them tidier by the release).
It should be the case that people with older installations will find
their old keymap files work as cmdset files, except for commands that we
rename, such as the NewWindow command, which would lose any keybindings
they may have had.
