Details:

OK, the barline problem is probably my ignorance, but the crash was not.  So
far I can't duplicate it.

Steps to duplicate:
1. Enter a few measures of music.
2. Go back a few bars and insert some notes.  A red exclamation point will
indicate that the measure is too long.
3. Attempt to fix the measure length.  Here's where it gets vague.  Somehow
append a measure to end of score.
4. Notice that there is a double bar, with a bar number.  Select ONE bar of
the pair (the one on the left) and attempt to drag it.
5. Program terminates instantly.

A side issue is that I can't figure out how to fix the measure length without
deleting notes.  I would hope that the bars would just move automatically to
the correct positions.
