[Denemo-devel] LilyPond Directives: a display string

I've added a display string to lilypond directives, which you can set to
give yourself feedback on what it is doing. There are also (x,y) offsets
for this string (at present just 0 so the display string may get in the
way of other things).
No examples yet; eventually I want graphics not just strings.
