[Denemo-devel] 0.8.2 Window candidate build.

I have built a candidate for the 0.8.2 relese for windows. No docs, but
much that was not working under windows before now is - you can create
new menu items and scripts like adding Anacrusis are working. If you
would like to trial this & report back please contact me for a link - I
don't want my site taken down again thru excessive bandwidth use as
happened last time.
