[Denemo-devel] Score directives

I've added directives that apply to an entire score and removed the old
field from the scoreproperties dialog (hidden in scorewizard).
So now you can apply things like \transpose c c' to an entire score &
with a suitable script edit it separately from some other lilypond that
has been applied. 
e.g.

(d-DirectivePut-score-postfix tag lilypond)

will add the lilypond string under the tag given. I've upgraded the
Score->(Print) Transpose Octave Up to use this.
NO DISPLAY yet (you can set the fields, but nothing is done with them to
display yet).
Old files will show any directive tagged as UnknownScoreTag or some
such, and you can delete using this.
