Details:

Sorry to enter a bug for these, could not easily find a better place.

1) Suggest support in the paper setup dialog for a few more parameters. I
would really like to be able to include parameters in the \paper block such as
the following:

\paper {printallheaders = ##t
left-margin = 0.75\in
right-margin = 0.75\in
top-margin = 0.50\in
bottom-margin = 0.50\in
}

2) Allow all markings to be added to rests.

3) For typical piano music (2 staffs with piano context), dynamic markings
should be placed between the staffs regardless of whether I attach them to a
note on the top or bottom staff. Currently, dynamics inserted on the bottom
staff appear under the bottom staff. I can't add them to the top staff if
there is only a rest at the desired place.

4) Support for piano pedal markings using Staff.pedalSustainStyle =
#'bracket
It would be helpful to have 3 separate commands including sustain down,
sustain up, and sustain up/down. Ideally the Lilypond commands could be
triggered by a mix of denemo markings from both the top and bottom staffs.

5) Support for ottava brackets (8va, 15ma, etc.) using the Lilypond
set-actavation command.

I will contain myself for now. Thanks for considering these.
