Details:

After 

I gave some try to downloaded snapshot tar ball from:
http://denemo.org/~jjbenham/denemo/

But the change to fix Bug #25724, done on 28th of February is not included.

Today I compared the contents of tarballs between one generated on 27th of
February
 and another one generated on 16th of March.
They are same.

Is this the expected behaviour of generating snapshot?
