My system is it sync. I don't run an rt-kernel currently, but with
Archlinux and kernel 2.6.28 its possible to run JACK -R quite good. My
system is all tuned for pro-audio so for such a simple task like
synching two apps and a small sampler like fluidsynth there are no
flaws.

I ask myself when will it be possible to define and implement
Midi-signals connected to Denemo-directives, so that metronome,
volume-changes, d.c. al fine etc. are shown as Denemo/Lilypond printout
but also have a midi effect.
