Details:

Using  denemo 0.8.4, on either Windows xp or xubuntu 8.10,playback seems
unaware of the current times signature unless it's the intial timesig, or, the
change of time sig comes after the playback point.  Eg, make arbitrary
measures like this:
4/4 1 measure
3/4  measures 2-4
Now put the cursor at measure 3, the 2nd 3/4 measure, and play, and it will
put quarter rests at the end of each 3/4 bar to make it incorrectly 4/4.

Also the state of the Note& rest entry toolbar is not saved when I exit in
the xubuntu 0.8.4 version.
