Ah, libsndfile should have a build dependency on libtool.
I've been quite careless with build dependencies for the
newly added packages.  This is now fixed in master.

You can just build libtool first, do

   bin/gub mingw::libtool

and make denemo again (you may have to remove libsndfile's
status file :-)
